and offer a fantastic range of gas and charcoal BBQ's.
Weber are more well known for their charcoal barbeques and they are probably
the brand leader in this area. They produce some very robust, study charcoal
barbeques that are also of a very high quality, they often use porcelain
enamelling, a triple nickel-plated hinged cooking grate and as large cooking
area. The Weber charcoal BBQ's also usually have a no-rust aluminium vent
which makes controlling the heat easy and they also usually have a large
ash pan which makes emptying the Weber BBQ's easy.
Weber also offer a range of gas barbeques and they are of a very high quality
although not as numerous as the charcoal BBQ's. The Weber gas barbeques often
have stainless steel grates and also use clever 'flavorizer' bars to add
flavour to the food that you are cooking. They also often feature a removable
catch pan, bottom shelf for storage, warming rack, 3 tool holders,
and 2 swing-up shelves for extra work space.
Weber also offer a wide range of spares and accessories for their barbeques
and these are great if you are serious about your barbecuing. The spares
and be very useful as certain parts of the BBQ can depreciate over time if
they are not cleaned and cared for and the accessories such as cooking tools
can make using the Weber BBQ an absolute pleasure.
